iloobia is an animator, film-maker and visual artist from the UK. He runs the micro studio cinema iloobia http://www.iloobia.com in London, which produces short and long form moving image stuff and this allows him to spawn little short film oddities that have no particularly useful purpose on the side.
The recent years have seen him move into feature film directing under the alternate incarnation of Tim Grabham. His films, KanZeOn (a sensory exploration of sound in Japan, co-directed with musician and philosopher Neil Cantwell) and The Creeping Garden (a delve into the sci-fi world of slime moulds, co-directed with writer and film-curator Jasper Sharp) have travelled internationally and received critical acclaim.
His mantra is to make the best of the means available around oneself, and so is an avid collector of cardboard scraps, outdated tech, rotting vegetation and discarded stuff that will manifest into his next bit of work.
